Download Sophora
The Sophora Demo Web Site "Trend 2020" is now available online. Editing Sophora’s demo site with Sophora’s unique Desk Editor, you can take a closer look at Sophora’s features.
System Requirements
You need to have a computer with at least 1.5 GB RAM. In addition, you will need to have Java 1.5 or Java 1.6 or newer installed.
Note: Sophora makes no changes to your applications folder or system registry. Just download, unzip, start, log-in and edit! You should be up and playing in less than 5 minutes.
Installation
Download File
Please download Sophora's Demo-Client (Version 1.28.1):

Download User Guide
Start Sophora's DeskClient
Please unpack the zip-archive and start the program "deskclient".
Here's what you need to enter in the log-in form:
Host: http://cmsdemo.sophoracms.com
Benutzername: guest
Passwort: guest
Using a Proxy: If Port 1596 is not available, you can also access the Sophora server via a proxy. To do so, you must click on the link Advanced settings. Here, you can input a proxy host and a proxy port. Optionally you can input a user name and password.
Unlocking the Preview
The demo-site's preview starts directly in Sophora's client. Please log in:
User: sophora
Password: cmsPreview
Acessing the Live-Site
The URL for the Sophora Demo Site “Trend 2020” is http://demo.sophoracms.com.

No worries: Feel free to create new pages and change existing ones - the site's original content will be restored nightly.
