Additionally, all courses are available as private training sessions for customers who prefer to have Sophora training conducted at their facility and convenience. The facility must meet the hardware and software requirements and the room provided must comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 attendees.
Sophora Support - Extra
subshell can offer you an extra level of support when your internal support team has exhausted their expertise.
We offer a support service for Sophora on a contingency basis. Our contingency contracts have a run of 12 months. We have a qualified team on call to answer queries. All problems are then documented and tracked in order to provide timely solutions and to keep all parties informed.
