Your Responsibilities:
- Acceptance, analysis and, if necessary, rectification of faults from first level support
- Documentation of issues in the subshell ticket system
- Technical and content support for the use of our web content management system Sophora
- Communication of the processing status with our customers
- Checking and watching monitoring systems

- Completed vocational training in the IT sector or IT environment
- Analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Experience with web content management systems
- Some experience with the ticket system JIRA
- Basic experience with the operating system Linux
- Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written
- Knowledge of English
